Well, I am not a vegantarian and have never agreed that being vegan is right for everyone. I think we should get lots of raw veggies and fruits in our diet, organic to be of much use, but I'm not about to eat my meat raw. :) Not happening, sorry. I think a healthy Diet can include some cooked food and meat, 50% to 75% raw is probably the healthiest ratio. I love juicing too, so not only do I like raw whole foods but juiced veggie blends as well. Then I use the pulp in salads, ect.
