I had similar symptoms where I would feel weak before I got hungry, and my hunger never got to the healthy growling hunger stage, I would just feel weak and light headed and couldn't go a long time without eating. Liver Flushing really helped. Have you cleaned out your filter (liver)? Someone else here had the same benefit from flushing... Your "lots of protein" can be hard on the liver. Your "rage and dissapointment" emotions are stored in the liver. So, try liver flushing.
Dairy also gave me similar feelings. I used to drink tons of milk, and began to not feel satisfied with any meal unless I drank milk with the meal. I think my body became addicted to it in some way. I have been dairy free for a couple years now and it has helped quite a bit for my energy and overall health.
