I love this way of eating. I graze all day with no tired sludge feelings in the afternoons anymore. I have lost 17 lbs. and feeling much better. I works well for me.
I feel like I am respecting myself by caring about what goes in.
My husband is really frustrated this evening with his weight loss. No pants fitting his 6'3"-170 lb body-too big. He has also lost about 15 lbs. Any suggestions to help feed his higher metobolism? Could you give an idea of a glimpse of what you eat in any given day. How much -how often. I understand we are all different.
