Re: HELP need CALCIUM, many cavities calcium replacement?

You didn't mention what your current diet is like, which would be helpful. There are some forums here regarding teeth, like the Dental Problems, and the Natural Dental Health Forums , where there have been some interesting posts that may help you.

I doubt that your drastic teeth problems are caused by lack of calcium. For example, I haven't eaten dairy products in 2 years, and for 10 years before that I didn't eat a high amount of dairy, and I haven't had even one cavity. I also do not use toothpaste or fluoride. Calcium is what people like to talk about, and blame when it comes to bad teeth (and bones) but it is only one factor out of many. Protein pulls calcium out of the body, and the body needs certain other minerals such as magnesium to absorb the calcium properly. Here's a post I wrote to someone else about calcium in the diet: //www.curezone.org/forums/m.asp?f=362&i=5098

Some people believe that cavities form from the inside out, that is toxins in the diet, consequently in the blood, cause problematic teeth. If you go to the "Ask MH" forum, he has several posts there which mentioned teeth. A dietary change is usually necessary to stop tooth decay, as well as changing the method of tooth cleaning. I'm sorry that you have so many fillings. Hopefully by browsing the forums I've suggested, and doing research on your own, you can put all the pieces together.

Oh, and green vegetables are one of the best sources for calcium.
