If you're water fasting, you should be resting, not doing vigorous exercise. Also you should expect to feel weak. The toxins circulating will make you feel lousy. Your muscles will not have the nutrient supply they normally have. If you look in the "Water Fasting" forum, there are several old posts regarding this topic.
