i myself take no clacium supplemente os vt c supplements.
i get 20 % from plantation unsulfured molasses,
plus lowimpact body mass workouts help keep bones good/
and you can get alotof calcuim in many recipes for juiced natural veggies 8)
so i jsut don't worry about it much 8)i know i get good vitamin c naturally.. from food s i eat 8)
peppermint tea is nice for depressiona and above all sunlight is the best !!
