now that i got that off my chest i did want to respond to your post as you ask an important question . . .
"where do we draw the line."
a more important question is: WHO gets to draw the line? for me i'm very comfortable with 'do as thy will, harm none'. but i'm not sure what you are advocating in your post . . .
why do people read different things into scripture? . . . simple, it's viewed through different filters. filters that are formed from our early experience & belief system. that's why remaining secular in government is so important. when one person or groups gets to say their view (filter) is the truth we have tyranny.
i personally have no problem with 'the bible people' speaking in this forum as long as they SPEAK & don't PREACH. quoting from the bible will get us no where. i've heard all of the quotes & they've most likely heard all of the responses so what could possibly be the point? i have an idea - let's do something different for a change instead of just bantering at one another ad nausium. perhaps have real conversations -- ooooh now that would be luscious.
"people have sex with dead people, animals, same sex...is all this right and if it is say so and if not say that too"
dead people... not unless it was requested by the corpse, animals .. never. same sex ... (i'll leave the question of why it's mixed in w/ your other examples as i've already covered that in my prev. post.... )
