has anyone else pulled after eating? i have and have noticed a strange thing. if i pull after eating, the pull is slower and the results clearer.
this is in line with what i know of the body and its two basic modes - accumulation and elimination.
when we eat, we are gathering substances from what we have eaten and transporting them, via the blood, to the rest of the body for use. once we have processed this food and, if no more is taken in(most people eat again before this change takes place, keeping them in storage mode most of the time), the body slowly transitions from distribution and storage to extrication and elimination. this would explain the fact that the best pulls are immediately after waking from a nights sleep(and subsequent fast).
