Make sure you use fish oils that are just OMEGA 3, people make the mistake of taking too much Omega 6 which is bad in itself let alone the pathetically high ratio compared to Omega 3. This can help the brain a lot and I would give her between 10-15 grams a day if possible but start slowly say 5 grams and build up. Omega 3 increases serotonin into the brain and helps the cell membranes and more. Look to the EPA or DHA varieties as their more potent.
Also look to Gingko Bilboa, Cayenne Pepper, Oxygenation. If you start Ozone/H2o2 etc then you can sometimes get a little spacey and sometimes a small headache. This is because more oxygen is getting to the brain which simply wasn't happening before. This will also clear out many pollutions from the body. I would suggest you look into Essiac Tea or Kombucha tea to help rid the body of crap. Gluthanione levels drop when these excitotoxins (aspartame) are taken so sources of Selenium are needed. In supplemental form take 200mcg a day max or eat masses of Brazilian nuts. Increase Zinc, Copper and Magnesium levels, elderly are very Magnesium deficient indeed.
Increase Vitamin E and Vitamin C I would suggest a basic of 800IU Mixed Tocopheral Vitamin E and 5 grams Vitamin C preferably Sodium Ascorbate! Try to dramatically increase fruit intake. Look at the other anti-oxidant Pycnogenol. Try to increase Apple intake to get the beneficial Malic Acid. Alpha Lipoic Acid 300mg and Coq10 100-300mg as well as L-Carnitine you can also look to Niacinamide which in conjunction with Coq10 protects the brain from Parkinsons.
Onions will help also so raw onions are best with all their Quercetin.
Of course proper water drinking and balancing with REAL salt (Himalayan) will improve and speed up results dramatically.
