Re: Teeth with fillings vs. natural teeth

I can see my cavities healing (six of them are very visible on the front bottom edge against my gums) and being recoated over with enamel. Saliva contains calcium naturally and is one of your healing agents of the teeth. If there is no bad organisms present your saliva can do it's natural work. The calcification on your teeth (mine has some anyway) shows how it works! Only more flat when there is nothing bad in the way. :) Dr. Nara's book explains in full detail...really I recommend getting that book. For $20 you get Money by the Mouthful, which shows why what the denistry industration is doing is wrong, then Dental Self-Suffienciency which tells why decay occurs and how to reverse and prevent it. I am so glad I found this book while my baby girl was only a year and a half, now I can assure that she will keep all of her natural teeth! I even more highly recommend this book for those that have children.
If you have amalgams, I do not have any knowledge of H202 in combination with them and if it would leach more mercury I would err on the safe side and not use it! I do not have any direct experience with collidal silver, but everything I have read it is perfectly safe and very good for you so I would not be afraid to use it at all. You can go to this url http://www.fasterhorses.com/collsilvermaker.html for instructions on how to make your own collidal silver maker, but the url isn't working at this moment. They have just changed domains, so you can check back now and then till they get it back up again. :)
Like sarabeth said below, the toothpaste could be what is eroding your gums (as to the flouride though everything I have read about it is very toxic stuff and actually damaging to teeth instead of healing?). Throw out your toothpaste I'd say. I get mine perfectly clean with just water, sometimes I use coconut oil (it has anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-parisitical properties and is really great for your gums and teeth). You can also use baking soda, with other ingredients or alone--but I just gag on that. I don't have the Sonicare brand toothbrush, but the Clean Between System that is a Sonic toothbrush, with flosser, tongue scraper, and gum stimulator. I usually spend 15-20 minutes a night cleaning my teeth after I have finished eating for the day. First a good flossing, then use the flosser on the Sonic brush (it is amazing how much it still gets! Yikes) then brush thoroughly and rinse afterwards with the waterpik. Most of it I do in front of the tv, we have a Tivo and set things to record, then watch them in the evening while we clean our teeth. Works out well. :) I try to brush my teeth after each meal (doesn't always happen, but I try...) and carry a regular toothbrush in my purse along with a travel pick. As for the polisher, I bought mine for about $5 at Wal-Mart. I cannot get to the very back teeth with it, but every couple of weeks or so I polish my teeth with it. I've been doing this since I think the end of January and the edges of the cavities are starting to heal, it will take awhile to meet in the center I suppose but I will just keep working at it. :) Much better than paying to have 10 cavities filled with a foreign matter to my teeth! Hope that answered your questions and is of some help? :)
Yeah, I forgot, a lot of people call pop Coke! :) The only one I call Coke is Coke. Bad stuff for you...thankfully my husband weaned himself off it. He used to drink 3 a day or more. He still has one every now and then, but I can't complain since he isn't drinking them solid. His diet isn't real great when he's away from home...but I get him to do a cleanse now and then. :) Best to you Nicole, Caitlin Lorraine
