Re: hemp oil in place of flax oil

Hi, Hemp oil is an excellant oil in place of flax seed [ flax seed goes rancid very quickly]. Flax seed is best freahly finely ground on porridge/salads etc.

Hemp oil has Omega 3 - 19%, Omega 6 - 57% and Omega 9 12%, as well as Vit. A,B1, B2, B3, B6, C and E.
It is easily absorbed into your skin as well.

Another point about the 'low fat' cottage cheese, fat is very good for us as it contains long chain fatty acids our body requires to function properly. Actually the low fat food industry is making people sick!
Sorry about that.

Claire
