I was diagnosed with Psoriasis when I was around 18 or 19 years old (I'm now 41). I have been able to eliminate Psoriasis from my body by changing my diet to fit my particular genetics.
I am a person who has always been interested in health and nutrition; therefore, I have made this a lifelong endeavor / study. I also have a degree in chemistry which helps me connect the pieces of the puzzle so-to-speak.
Early on, it became evident that our present medical community doesn't have a clue when it comes to Psoriasis and the other auto-immune conditions (MS, diabetes, and so on). They can help mask symptoms sometimes, but they really don't understand how to cure the condition. I realized I would have to take it upon myself to solve the problem.
Like I implied before, psoriasis doesn't "just happen." It's caused by something you're doing that your body cannot handle. It's up to you to figure out what that something is.
