Try getting rid of the chicken products, eggs, and/or possibly lemon tea. Typically the dietary proteins are the problem areas. You need to discover which proteins your body tolerates and which it does not. You might do well to substitute a mild fish, such as cod, for the chicken soup.
Some Psoriasis cases are sensitive to citrus though this usually means oranges from what I've encountered. As I recall, the orange (in particular the skin) contains a compound which is indigestable by humans. Lemons and limes do not contain that compound.
You might have an allergy to rice though rice is normally well tolerated. Removing it from your diet for two weeks would help you discover if this is a problem area.
Also, try taking your evening multi-vitamin with your dinner meal instead of on a more empty stomach, and check your multi-vitamin for excess dosage levels. You may be sensitive to something in there.
As a more radical approach, try cleansing your system by eliminating everything temporarily. For example, just eat apples all day for 3-7 days (assuming you CAN eat plenty of apples, heheh). See if your problems begin to clear.
