Liver flush and psoriasis

I have had Psoriasis for 25 years now.
Like everybody else, I went through all kinds of treatments.
The last one I tried was Kalawalla. It feels like it helped a bit...
I was reading through this forum and got interested in the liver flush.
Did anybody get any results (visible) doing it?
If you did, which flush helped you?
Please let me know. I'd really appreciate your help!
