2) I heard almonds are the healthiest nuts. I eat them every day. My favourite ones are walnuts, they're soft and easy to chew. I eat 2 servings of nuts daily. For the 1st serving i have almonds, and for the 2nd i use all the other ones (every week i rotate between all kinds of nuts, 1 week walnut, 2nd week another kind, etc). Change them for variety. I heard that peanuts are actually legumes (like beans), so don't rely on them only as a nut source.
