Re: Severe oily skin
Find a soap that agrees with you and wash your face twice a day - showers count as once. Don't overdo, oftentimes the skin will produce MORE oil and faster the more you dry it out. Soaps with sulphur are highly recomended. A tiny bit of moisturizer (thin it with water) after you wash will ensure that the skin doesn't overproduce oil. In between washing simply blot the skin.
Add cucumber and cabbage to your diet any way you can - coleslaw, juice, sliced cucumber dressed with vinegar and sweetener, etc.
Then do some bowel and liver cleansing, such as one
Liver Flush and a week of cleansing carrot salad, and take digestive enzymes and lipotropics (arginine, taurine, which are amino acids in Livatone Plus and other products) to ensure that you are metabolizing oils properly. Vitamin C too.
Stop eating any bad, rancid fats: most bread products; commercial salad dressings (make your own, see the salad post in the FAQ); canola oil; margarine; non-dairy creamers; dessert topping.
DO eat good fats: cod liver oil, fish, a good EFA mix, olive.
