I'm doing fairly well these days.
I WAS having liver pain/soreness constantly, but since
adding cod liver oil (in addition to flax and Livatone Plus)
that has improved.
It started up again today, which is most likely related to
the fact that I am premenstrual.
I still have constipation a few days before my period,
plus menstrual cramps (but these are much more tolerable
than a year ago).
I've done about 15 Liver Flushes and have a colonic every month.
Any additional tips for liver support
during this time of the month?
