digestive enzymes

Hello,

Does anybody know about good digestive enzymes to buy in the UK? I have those bumps on my arms and Shelley has recommended some good enzymes. I also notice my belly swelling up after a high carb/ Sugar meal...so maybe its the candida or just that I can't digest too well.

The Colonix I tried really helped a lot and my 3rd Liver Flush was amazing. People commented that my skin was glowing after it although I got out only about 20 stones. My second one was awesome with more than 250 stones...I also noticed that before the cleansing the spit test wld reveal immediate strings and now it takes a bit more time to develop. I still havent changed my diet drastically ( I am so addicted to Indian chai -- same recipe as the Indian spices recipe for milk which Shelley gave) but plan to tackle my kidneys with acv, a few days of master cleanse and then start.

I wonder why health stores like Holland & Barretts hardly stock any of the items talked about in curezone and freely available in the US. I find I have to buy a lot of things off the internet --sometimes I miss the home delivery and its a real pain.

For calming the mind and curing misery from its source, I have heard meditation being suggested.

About meditation, I could suggest vipassana meditation for which you do not have to pay a penny for food, accomodation or even learning and there is no " suggested" donation. It was the most wonderful ten day course but a very difficult experience for me but life changing and if you want to explore more, you could read more at www.dhamma.org . They have centres in many countries but there is often a long waiting list so if you want to explore, you may want to start early.
