Hi Shelley! Hope you are well. I've been reading more about the dangers of soy and it seems that fermented soy products like miso, tempeh, etc. are supposedly ok. However, I am not sure what constitutes unfermented soy products.
Would that be:
tofu
veggie burgers
meat substitutes like tofu dogs/soy sausages/etc?
I understand soy milk and the regular soybeans are ones to avoid. But I am confused about other soy products mentioned above.
