Good morning Shelly - I have a question regarding Dr. Budwig's flaxseed oil and cottage cheese diet. I've been using that every morning for nearly a month now and have also recently starting to make my own kefir. I discovered recently on the web that you can make your own quark/cottage cheese using kefir and am wondering if I can replace the shop bought cottage cheese with my home made kefir quark. Will I get the same benefit? I am hoping to replace my current daily vitamins with real nutricious whole food, and empty out my medicine cubinet (I am a self confessed vitamin/suppliment junky)! I now make my kefir with whole organic unpasturised, unhomogenised cows milk. What is your opinion on using kefir or mixing kefir with flaxseed oil?
