Re: Gallstone producing foods!

Basically, anything that pollutes bile will encourage gallstone formation, but it's the stagnation that is the worst. The bile has to be sitting for awhile for stones to collect. So watch out for:

skipping breakfast. Major no-no. After 12-16 hours since your last meal, not allowing bile to flow gives stones time to congeal. At the very least, take some cod liver oil.

Phony, rancid and deep-fried fats that do not dissolve well: commercial salad dressings; commercial butter/flour products with lots of preservatives and margarine; margarine; non-dairy creamer. Deep-fried foods like donuts.

really bad food combining

eating late at night after digestion pretty much stops and digestive enzymes are reduced

lack of exercise and stretching, general circulation issues.

lack of pungent spices in the diet.

lack of natural blood thinners and natural liver and bile cleansers/promoters like carrot, beet, artichoke, dandelion.

lack of good oils and animal fats.

Fasting without any kind of liver management before, after or during. Best to flush before you fast, or after, or take in a bit of oil occasionally during.
