Okay, let's see... for a Pitta to sweat without getting too hot, you have to drink teas that cause sweating. A combo of Chamomile, ginger & peppermint, will help you out without heating your tummy up too much. After drinking a couple cups, get under the covers with a hot water bottle or castor oil pack and stay there for a couple hours.
Try making some of your enemas more oxygenating rather than just doing vinegar enemas. Liquid Chlorophyll, food-grade H202, are great alternatives. It'll be less irritating too.
Are you still taking acidophilus? Is it clear (stool analysis) that everything is getting digested completely?
