I am one week off a 21 day MC. Eating very good (now), mostly vegi and fruit some fish, nuts & seeds, plenty of water—no sugar, white flour processed food. Flax oil twice daily. Exercising regularly (training for a 1/2 marathon). Diet before wasn't great but not awful either. Wine every night and sometimes a hard drink during the week.
Maybe the ridges are pre-cleanse and I will see them go away as new nail grows in.
What can I do to help mineral absorption?
