There are other brands out there (probably in your local health food store) if you do not want to purchase this one. Homozon is basically a compound of Magnesium Oxide so look for these ingredients in the other brands (MgO and O3).

The parasite cleanse I did was called ParaForce (a Canadian product). The main ingredients included Black-Walnut Hull, Cloves, Wormwood . Other ingredients were MSM, grapefruit seed extract, garlic.

I concluded from other resources that grapefruit seed extract is an excellent candida fighter in the body. I believe it was partly responsible for the cotton ball things I saw on the 5 or 7th day of taking the capsules. I took 2 capsules 3x to 4x a day for 25 days, then waited 5 days, then I took 2 capsules 3x to 4x a day for another 25 days. (the break in between is to allow any eggs to hatch from the original parasites you've killed in the first 25 days). This should do it.

If you are ordering IF#1 and IF#2 from Dr. Shultz consider ordering his parasite tincture. His products are by far one of the best out there. Definitely do the parasite cleanse the same time you do Shultz's colon cleanse.

As for if the Shultz's program is enough for your colon cleanse? Yes! The Homozon (oxygen therapy) is something you could try after.
