I haven't heard any temp differences for hyper. increased temp is usually due to anemia and infection, not necessarily thyroid. It's only a low temp that says hypo. Hyper symptoms that are very telling is a swollen neck and protruding eyes. So if you have dry eyes and perhaps trouble keeping them closed when you sleep, that could be due to hyper.
