Re: Cleansing / Parasites Program
I don't mean to discourage you, but I tried
The Master Cleanse with Parastroy last year and became very ill. In fact I got so weak and ill at a large crafts fair last year I could not walk. My car was parked a quarter mile away and the friend I was with does not drive. I think the intensity of the cleanse plus the
parasite die off was too much. I had done a couple of Master Cleanses before and did very well, I was also doing
Liver Flushes and
Bowel Cleanses between Master Cleanses, so I was getting pretty clean.
I think that the natural release of toxins during any cleansing fast combined with the die off from a bad
parasite problem (I passed an 18
inch long Tapeworm, several more
Tapeworm segments, plus dozens of white and orange-red worms about 1 1/2-2
inches long) is too much for most people. You really need to concentrate on one cleanse at a time.
I would suggest you begin right this moment by improving your diet, no more pop (what non-Southerners call sodas)either regular or diet, no refined sugar, no transfats, limit dairy and meats and concentrate on whole foods. Shelley has some wonderful recipes for cleansing salads-I love the carrot salad despite the fact the dressing tastes a lot like my
Liver Flush formula :) There is also a recipe for an Indian dish called Kichadi that I plan to try as soon as I find the ingredients. Improving your diet will improve your digestion. You might also want to start work on bowel cleansing before doing any procedure that will release a lot of toxins like fasting or
parasite cleansing.
Remember that it took time for your health to weaken and it will take time to get back to the natural healthy body we all want. Time, patience, discipline and dedication are all essential to reclaiming your health and healing. Be kind to your body and don't overdo your cleansing treatments.
