I'm very excited and look forward to the next 8-9months.
I'll try the Solaray's Spectrum, the cod liver oil, wheat germ oil and ofcourse the teas. I've already been drinking the teas but the peppermint tea warns pregnant women from drinking it. Is this true? Should I try ginger? I've been having some nausea and I heard eating saltine crackers should help.
