I have recently started drinking a lot of chai tea. I take the yogi tea made with redbush and mix it with some xylitol and soy milk, as I am allergic to dairy and have candida. I have been taking diflucan for a week and have been taking probiotics for almost a year.
Ever since I started drinking the tea about 3 days ago I feel more clear headed and my brain fog seems to completely disappear whenever I drink it, but comes back an hour or so later. I'm getting so much more done at work it's not even funny because I can finally focus now.
I guess I'm just wondering if you have any insight on why/how the tea is affecting me so much?
