Absolutely. Exercise increases circulation which helps the body tremendously. Our sedentary lifestyles make it even more important to use other methods to cleanse our filter, the liver. Even just stretching, bending over, will massage and cleanse the liver in important ways. People on Liver Cleansing regimins should do hurdler stretches at the very least. :)
