What you are saying is once the colon is clean acidophilus will implant. But getting the colon clean is the tricky part - non-trivial. Merely cleansing the bowel will not get it clean.

Otherwise beating candida would be easy. It is anything but given the few who manage to do so, and the amount of things they do in order to get cured.
