weakness for food
hi i have a eating disorder..at least it seems like it. i must be quite stressed up lately with school and i am someone who asks a lot of questions..about life and such, so i think a lot. and i have been using food to unwind. are there ways to go about preventing myself from eating too much. esp for dinner..i eat till i get quite full and uncomfortable. occasionally, i manage to not overeat, below is the diet, pls let me know if its fine, i am very skinny, has some acne, skin scars easily, has gas and bloating, low blood pressure and low cholestrol..
morn: 1 bowl of oats and about 10 almonds
lunch: some basmati rice, pumpkin, cauliflower, brocoli, brinjal, asparagus (all steamed), with flax seed
dinner: almost same as lunch but no rice
i definitely do not eat enough, i just want to ensure that i am eating right for problems that i face...
