Removing the bad stuff is only part of getting back to a healthy diet, you have to ADD things too! :)
So if you've already taken care of electrolytes (dizzyness says you haven't yet, so do consider getting EmergenC) and fluids, then next would be usable protein and enough total calories. Have you added good fats to your diet yet? Cod liver oil, flax, coconut or something like that?
I'm sure you're on the right track, you just haven't gone far enough into it is all.
