Sorry you're not doing too well SC!
If it is a virus, my killer combo is Vitamin C and Coconut oil. I like to keep it simple, and these 2 things really support my body during a virus.
Keep taking the Vit C - as much as you can tolerate. You will notice that your bowel tolerance sky-rockets when you are ill - the body can use as much Vit C as you give it. Perhaps every hour or two take 1 gram.
Also the coconut oil will give you a boost of energy, and generally give you a lift.
