skin food are the good fats, like coconut oil, vitamin A - which you can get from carrots IF you eat them with an oil that produces bile, vitamin E, and all the rest. If you can get raw milk - cow or goat, whichever your body responds to best - where you live, nothing feeds the skin like raw milk. It'll cure eczema and give you baby skin again. After all, our skin was at its best when we lived on milk! :)
