GCG really helps with g/bladder attacks. A combo of that and peppermint tea and lecithin should do a lot for nausea.
Are you getting plenty of skin food? Weakened gallbladders are usually inflexible, the loss of vitality causes a kind of hardening of the bladder so it's not flexible, can't release much bile, and so it gets inflamed from the stagnation. Vitamin C, A, E, and zinc should be part of your protocol, preferably from foods like cod liver oil, emergenC, and an all-around vit/mineral supplement like Solaray's Spectro - minimal doses tho.
