Re: having a hard time

Wow, that wasn't really the response I was looking for, but thanks for the suggestion. I just wonder if it would be counterproductive as I am trying to clean out my liver in order to get better. I do take anti-nausea meds from my doc, but they don't seem to really help. Plus, I don't take them unless I feel really bad because I'm trying to eliminate any more stress on my liver. The only thing that I am stressed about is the fact that I have no life and it's really depressing at 31. I just had my birthday and I was really hoping this one would be better, but so far, not. It's just stressful not being able to work at the job I love and not being able to spend time with my great family and friends. As far as what I eat, I have some yeast issues going on too (this has just started the last year or so) and can only do vegies and fish, so I have cooked vegies for breakfast, lunch and supper and also add in some fish or tofu at lunch.
