having a hard time

I'm sorry to bother you with so many questions, but I'm struggling. I'm trying really hard to fix my gallbladder that is only functioning at 20%. I don't want to have surgery, but I'm worried that my chronic nausea (going on 4 years now) is eventually going to wear me down and I will end up in surgery. You suggested adding the protein shake and vegie juices to my diet. I can't digest the protein shake yet and the vegie juice aggravates my yeast and causes severe intestinal discomfort. It seems like everything I try just makes me feel much worse. I started adding P&B shakes yesterday to my diet in hopes that it will mop up some of the toxins and this morning I feel extremely nauseous again, it's like I just can't digest the P&B and I'm only doing half the amount. Right now I'm doing sun salutation, dry skin brushing, oil massage, walking, and taking the following supplements- ground flax, milk thistle, ester-c, lecithin, zinc, selenium, flax oil and also drinking dandelion root and green tea. I do detox baths 4x/week. I tried the cleansing drink and it increases my nausea. I just can't deal with this anymore. I have no life, literally, all I do is sit at home all the time because I feel so nauseous. I haven't attended anything outside of the house for 3 years, except for trying to work part time, and even that, I haven't been to work in 3 weeks because I did a Liver Flush and it made me extremely nauseous for over 2 weeks now. I need some help here. Should I just have the surgery and hope that it gets rid of the nausea?
