Re: Extreme fatigue

Hmm, interesting hypothesis. I was thinking it was hormonal (I also had some pimples which is unusual, although that could also be cleansing). Or possibly mineral/electrolyte imbalance. I took some calcium supps and the cramps went away. After all, all that magnesium oxide, maybe it throws things out of balance.

But come to think of it, I probably have eaten pretty low calorie in the past few days. I was busy, plus the whole "wait an hour and a half" for the colosan thing. Foods I eat on a weekly basis include brown rice, organic 100% whole wheat bread, oatmeal, beans, olive oil, coconut oil and milk, butter, fresh carrot juice, veggies such as broccoli okra green beans cabbage eggplant and cilantro, fruit such as dragonfruit pineapple and apple, some nuts mainly soaked raw almonds and roasted almond butter, and the occasional though not daily beef, chicken, or fish. I never eat dairy.
I'm only 5 foot 0, 100 pounds, so I don't need to eat a LOT, but I do eat my fair share which surprises some people. I'll eat more and see if that helps, although I'm already feeling a little bit better so it might be hard to know what to attribute things to. I don't mind taking it easy, though. I'm also really stressed and overworked so maybe I just needed a break.

Hey AllyB I want to talk more later, on the Exercise forum. Have some things I want to ask you. ~Squeaky
