Prep:
I've been using malic acid caps (from nutricentre). I take 3 caps in the morning with 2 glasses of water. I also take 1 tablespoon of lecithin with each meal.
To be honest I can't say that any of the prep has helped so far. Maybe it has, maybe it hasn't. Certainly my results haven't been the best lately.
I will say one thing though - large doses of lecithin i.e. at least 3 tablespoons a day, really increases liver heat and basal temperature. So it is definitely doing something.
