Oh my, maybe this why I'm sleeping so much the last few days! I thought something was wrong with me! I've been going to bed about 10:30 and getting up at 8:30. And even then I don't want to get up but I make myself! Yesterday I was SO spacey it wasn't even funny.
I've been really interested in the Chakras lately since I flipped through a Yoga book I have. Have you ever done the toned/vibration thing where you resonate certain sounds to balance and open up each Chakra? I've done it twice but I have no idea if I benefited from it or not.
