I've been going thru the same thing

Hopinso, I've read all your posts here today and I just want you to know that I feel that I am going thru the exact same thing as you.

I have been quite teary and emotional lately and I know for sure its because of this huge energy flux that we are experiencing. I sometimes feel like I'm going nuts and being stretched in ways I didn't even know were possible. I too, have been experiencing old difficult memories. Mistakes I've made, things I've said to hurt people and things people have said to hurt me over the years are coming up over and over again.

I read about the earth changes on Andreas' forum the other night and couldn't sleep because I was worried about the Gulf Stream stopping, the polar ice melting and how we'll be most likely swimming for our lives and starving in a few years because of the oceans rising. I had quite the panic attack. I keep thinking of doom and people dying and how will I take care of my family? Even though I've never really had these worries, at least not to such a degree. I feel fear sitting in my chest. I'm calmer now but I can't stop worrying about everything. Most people I know are going thru some personal drama or restructuring of some sort also, which fuels my belief that the whole earth is going into the toilet.

Sorry if I'm unloading all of my junk right now, but you opened a can of worms, LOL.

I too live in an area where obesity is the norm. Here in MI we carry the title of Fattest State, and I am no exception. I almost let my weight go because at 5'6" and 169 lbs, I am one of the thinnest people I know. I see such big people struggling to even walk and the other day I saw a man so large he barely fit into the motorized wheelchair he was in. Food is everywhere ALL the time and my family never lets even the smallest celebration go by without revolving the whole event around preparing and eating food, and believe me, ayurvedic cooking it is NOT.

I live within walking distance of a Dunkin Donuts, McDonalds, Wendy's, White Castle, 5 liquor stores, a Taco Bell, Tim Horton's, Quizno's, and 4 pizza joints. But on the bright side there is one fully stocked health food store too, where I see all kinds of different people of all walks of life and it makes me smile because I'm not alone in fast-food land, although it may seem that way a lot.

So I just wanted you to know that you aren't alone and that I'm glad you posted about your day and experiences as it really made my day AND bravo to you for not following thru with your list of foods that will hurt you. Its very very hard to stay strong right now (at least for me, if it makes you feel better about your Sonic burger, i had TWO chocolate moon pies today) and I think you deserve a smile and a pat on the back for choosing your health :)

Sincerely, Audrey/mamaloco
