Due to my extreme disgestive and severe nausea issues over the past three weeks, I could obviously eat very little. As such, I have lost a lot of weight. And I am very thin to begin with. I am now uncomfortably thin and want to try to gain this weight back properly (at least 10-15 pounds).
Do you have any suggestions for what I could/should be eating to help put this lost weight back on? I know I could gorge myself on Krispy Kreme and ice cream, but I want to do this in a healthy manner.
I really, really appreciate your help and advice over these past few stressful weeks. It really means a lot.
