Re: EMERGENCY: My eyes turned yellow after flush!
Hi Allison! Not to worry, you just didn't cleanse out the bowels as much as you needed to post-flush. You've got way way way too many toxins for your body to deal with. They were sitting in your bowels/colon, got reabsorbed into the bloodstream, and now are showing up elsewhere. This is not good, but it can be dealt wtih. Here's how:
Get at least 3
colonic irrigations. If you want to save money, get just one
colonic right away and in the meantime buy a large enema bucket or colema setup so you can do them at home. Do the enemas/colonics in conjunction with a fiber/herb/clay type intestinal cleanser such as Colonix or your own homemade shakes (ground flax seeds, psyllium,
Bentonite clay, apple cider vinegar, etc.)
Do a bit of kidney management - drink about a gallon of cranberry juice and take a mild diuretic like parsley juice. Be sure to drink at least 2 cleansing drinks a day (see FAQ for recipe.)
Do as much lymph managemnet as you can - see lymph cleansing notes in the FAQ for a list of things to do.
Instead of flushing the liver, start cleansing it. To do this, you need to:
Drink or eat carrots like crazy. See FAQ for cleansing carrot salad recipe. Eat daily for 7 days. Eat beets 2x week. Hit the juice bar or buy a juicer and drink:
carrot/apple/beet/parsley juice as often as possible.
take 1-3 tablespoons of lecithin daily, and good oils like flax, evcoconut. See protein shake recipe in the FAQ. That would be a good meal for you.
Consider getting Coptis from www.sensiblehealth.com. You may also want to get Planetary Formula's Bupleurum Liver Cleanse. If you have estrogen issues, however, you may want to get Julia's (sensiblehealth lady) Chinese Bitters instead. And if you get her Gold Coin Grass, that and lecithin and a small dose of
Epsom Salts will take care of gallbladder attacks pronto! :)
Hope that helps! :)
