The problem with oxypowder is -
how do you know if you're actually getting out mucoid plaque or not? If you do other
Bowel Cleanses you can see the plaque. But with the
Oxypowder ...you're just supposed to believe that all your plaque is "liquified."
I've done a second round of it last week and only gotten liquid bms. Exactly like if I take milk of magnesia, which is also composed of magnesium and oxygen. (And only costs a few dollars for a big jug!) I didn't feel like I eliminated any more "total solids" than usual. It was just a lot more watery.
The oxy lable says it releases oxygen into your body, well duh, it's powder and air (oxygen!) in a capsule. Any capsule containing powder will release oxygen into your body.
I'm not saying it's bad, I'm just feeling cynical this morning and wondering if it's a lot of hype and good advertising for a product that is basically just an expensive magnesium laxative.
I've done it twice now and don't know if I'm now clean as a whistle and can stop bowel cleansing, or if I'm still full of mucoid plaque. :(
So how do ya know??
