Lecithin has Choline. It does TONS I may even include a post about lecithin/choline in the Nutrition class. :) So just add Lecithin to your diet - in the protein shake, or eat it off a spoon, or sprinkle it on salads - yum!
Cod liver oil should be safe, non-estrogenic, and you only do a teaspoon a day anyways. :)
