I have struggled with very stubborn constipation for quite some time. Basically, without some form of assistance, I can't go. I try not to use stimulant laxatives/herbs but I get so desperate, that I give in just to get some relief. I have been using Triphala, and it helps me have some movement, but always very incomplete. I used Oxypowder for 5 days but I stayed very bloated on it and actually had the same incomplete feeling. I am very interested in this Colonix and wanted to ask you, out of all the cleanses you have done, do you feel that this is the best? You raved about the Oxypowder , but you seem to be having very good results with Colonix as well. It bothers me that I may not ever be able to have a BM on my own, and that I "need" something to help me go. I try not to use anything because constant use of anything can cause dependency/lazy bowels...does this concern you? Just interested in your opinion/suggestions. Tweet
