Re: Colonic

You should be able to get an enema bucket setup no problem, after all, I bought mine from india! www.healthandyoga.com has a very cost effective setup.

Yep, can't stress enough how important it is to be able to flush your bowels out. It's the only way to get it clean enough to encourage the rest of your tissues to cleanse and dump their toxins into the colon. The pain may be stuck stones that are festering, so definitely take a mild laxative like Triphala, fennel tea, and take lots of fiber, eat lots of kichari.

Plan on doing another Liver Flush soon, be sure to soften stones, but do it soon as th stone might be stuck in a bile duct. If it is, you'll have clay-colored stools (gray), or slick and floating.

Do you know what your Doshsa is? That will determine the best way for you to lose weight. For some it's fasting, for others it's a mono diet high in fat after several liver flushes. Either way, Liver Flushes will hlep you lose weight.

If the weight is just around the abdomen, then be sure to include more intense bowel management.
hope that helps! :)
