Ha, of course I warned them BEFORE they came upstairs what I was asking them to look at. Thus the WIMPS comment!! :)

Bad thing is that when I cleanse, and I expel something really bad/unusual, the odor is just FOUL. Ten times worse than a normal bm would smell. So they were doubly freaked out about the strong odor AND the freaky looking muck I was holding up out of the water. I guess it was a funny sight - them gaging about the mystery poo and the foul odor! Good thing they love me!!

It is also a good thing I have Dr. Schulze 's Clinical Air. That stuff can kill even the worst odor in two seconds flat. It has come in handy during this cleanse!! Tweet
