Im super far behind on pooping. But about once a week this happens where I go a few times in a day. I think when I eat almond butter with my lunch and sweet potato with my dinner, (as well as the usual veggies and flaxseed) things move right along. But for me one slip up with coffee or dairy and i wont go at all.
If I dont eat my almond butter especially, my bms slow down.
