My pooper is finally back to normal after my kefir and coffee overdose. I went 3 times already this morning. WHEW. SO IF I take the risk of trying kefir again, how will I know if I am sensitive to dairy? Last time is not a fair judge since I drenk a quart in one day. If I drink a cup will I bloat up if it is not good for me? Or will I constipate right away? I heard that sometimes the shock of new microbes can cause your intestines to shut down temporarily. WOuld the new microbes I introduced a couple weeks ago still be there now?
